A quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 has been repeatedly established at the Rheinclinic in recent years with the involvement of all employees from the various professional groups.

The aim of the quality management system, also based on the requirements of SGB V § 137, is to present and further develop processes and procedures in the Rheinclinic in a structured and transparent manner and to fulfill the standard requirements of ISO 9001 as well as legal requirements.

The high quality standards developed and confirmed by certification are continuously maintained and internally reviewed.

In order to neutrally assess the development status of the quality management system, external, neutral and independent experts regularly carried out audits in the divisions.
