Are you a patient with an appointment at the Rheinclinic? Then we look forward to welcoming you at our reception on the 5th floor of the VITANUM. Our friendly staff will be happy to help you.
You should bring the following documents with you:
- Health insurance card or electronic health card
- If applicable, completed anesthesia questionnaire for a surgery appointment
- Insurance card of your supplementary insurance, if applicable
- Referral from your family doctor or specialist if necessary
- ECG and laboratory values from GP if applicable
We recommend the following utensils for an inpatient stay:
- Personal hygiene items such as toothbrush, comb, washing lotion, razor, etc.
- Underwear, nightwear and comfortable clothing
- Slippers and sturdy shoes for safe walking with the physiotherapists
- Aids such as hearing aids, glasses, prostheses, etc.
- Any long-term medication that you have to take regularly
- If necessary, means of transportation, e.g. own wheelchair, rollator, walking stick, etc.
- Compression stockings if necessary
